Thriving people. Thriving clubs. A thriving sport.
GymnasticsOS brings together world-class coaching education, leadership development and purpose-built technology to support the people and organisations who make our sport possible. Whether you're looking to take your coaching further or develop a higher-performing workforce, you're in the right place.
I've spent more than 20 years in performance gymnastics, working with coaches, leaders and organisations around the world. And throughout that time, I've seen just how much this sport depends on extraordinary people giving everything they've got.
I've also seen how challenging it can be for them.
Talented coaches without the development they deserve. Dedicated leaders carrying enormous responsibilities. Clubs full of people giving everything they have, often without the systems, support and infrastructure that would make their lives so much easier.
For more than a decade, I've been working to change that through coaching education, leadership development and mentorship.
GymnasticsOS brings that work together with purpose-built technology, creating new opportunities to connect people, develop their abilities and build stronger organisations.

Leadership carries enough responsibility. You don't have to carry it alone.
Expert coaching, leadership development and practical support for gymnastics club owners, managers and head coaches. Develop your people, strengthen your operations and build an organisation that performs at its potential.
Explore Gymnastics Leaders →Gymnastics is full of extraordinary people - coaches dedicated to their athletes, leaders giving everything for their clubs. But even the most committed people struggle when the structures around them aren't strong enough. Communication breaks down, information gets lost, and too much depends on a few individuals holding everything together.
Imagine what could happen if everyone was better connected.
For over a decade we've developed coaches, supported leaders and helped organisations perform at their best - and GymnasticsOS is the natural evolution of that work. Our educational expertise, combined with purpose-built technology built around the realities of modern clubs: one place to learn, grow and track your development, and a foundation for organisations to develop their people.
This isn't about replacing the human side of gymnastics with technology. It's about using it to bring people closer together.
GymnasticsOS is built around the evolving needs of modern clubs. With an ambitious roadmap, we'll keep adding tools that connect people, support safer, better-organised clubs and bring teams closer together.
Our ambition is to build the modern infrastructure gymnastics has been missing.
Whether you're an ambitious coach looking to develop your expertise or a leader determined to build a stronger organisation, there's a place for you here.
